Booking Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy
- For bookings of up to 3 rooms, cancellation is free of charge if made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date.
- For bulk bookings of 4 or more rooms, including bookings where the total number of rooms reaches 4 across multiple Booking IDs, any cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will attract 100% cancellation charges.
- The bulk-booking cancellation policy is applicable in addition to the standard cancellation policy.
- For bookings made through any Online Travel Agency (OTA), the cancellation policy displayed and applicable on that particular OTA will apply exclusively.
Offers & Promotions
- No two offers, discounts, or promotions can be combined or clubbed together.
Payment Terms
- The entire amount payable for the complete duration of the stay must be paid at the time of booking and/or check-in, as applicable.
Extra Person
- Any child above the age of 6 years will be treated as an extra person in the room. For an extra person, a thick mattress will be provided, subject to the hotel's applicable occupancy and extra-person charges.
Refunds & Payment Gateway Charges
- For refunds processed through the online payment gateway, a 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Special Discounted Rates
- If a special discounted rate has been offered for a particular booking, the cancellation and refund terms specifically agreed upon and communicated by email for that booking will apply.
- In such cases, the cancellation and refund policy mentioned in this confirmation will be considered null and void.
Check-in Policy – Local ID
- Unmarried couples presenting Local IDs will not be permitted to check in.
- In such cases, no refund will be provided.
