Reservation Policy

Documents Required During Time Of Check-in

Booking confirmation via E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID poofs accepted are Driver's License, Voter’s Card, Passport and Ration Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.

Check-in Check-out Policy

Our policy with regards to early check-ins are:

  • Check in time - 11 am
  • Check out time 9:30 am

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation submitted less than five (5) days before arrival date will incur (100%) full period charge. No show will incur full period charge.
  • For Bulk bookings of more than 4 rooms (as well as total of 4 rooms across multiple booking ID's) any cancellation submitted less than fifteen (15) days before arrival date will incur the full charge. This is applicable over and above the standard cancellation policy. FOR ANY BOOKING MADE THROUGH ANY OTA THE CANCELLATION POLICY OF THAT PARTICULAR OTA WILL BE APPLICABLE ONLY.
  • No 2 offers / promotions can be clubbed together.
  • The entire amount due for the duration of the stay is payable at the time of booking.
  • For the extra person a thick mattress will be provided.
  • For refunds processed via the online payment gateway 5% payment gateway fee is applicable for cancellations/refunds.
  • If any special discounted rate is given the cancellation and refund terms and conditions agreed to on the separate email of that booking will be applicable and the refund policy mentioned in this confirmation will be null and void.
  • Unmarried couples with Local ID will not be allowed check in and no refund will be given.
